Who we are
Delato (delato.ai) is a visual and audio production platform. Data controller: the Delato team, Kuwait. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive only your email address, name and Google account id — no password, contacts or files. For security we also log sign-in time, browser type and IP address, plus the text, images, audio and video you create on the platform and your credit ledger.
Why
To create and activate your account, run the services you request, account for credits, and protect the platform from abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Processors
Google (sign-in and cloud hosting), Cloudflare (network and protection) and the AI model providers that execute generation requests — they receive only the content needed to fulfil your request, under their published terms. Your content is not used to train models without separate, explicit consent.
Retention
Your account and content remain while the account exists. On deletion request your personal data is removed within 30 days, except billing records required by law.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to [email protected] from your registered email.
Cookies
One session cookie (dl_session) required for sign-in, and a theme preference stored locally in your browser. No advertising trackers.
Changes
This is a preliminary version during development; it will be updated before public launch and changes announced on this page.
