Current stage
Delato is in live development. Accounts are activated manually by the owner, services may change or stop without notice, and no warranties are given at this stage.
Account
You sign in with your own Google account and remain responsible for what happens under it. Delato may disable any account that breaches these terms.
Acceptable use
Delato may not be used to produce unlawful content, infringe others' rights, harm people, or impersonate anyone. Each generation is also subject to the terms of the model provider executing it.
Content
What you create is yours, within what the model provider's terms allow. You grant Delato a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.
Credits
Services are charged in credits whose cost is declared before each run. During development, credits are granted by the owner, not purchased, and are not refundable in cash.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Delato is not liable for indirect damages or data loss during the development period.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
